Join us for ENDLESS PANCAKES & WAFFLES!
We need volunteers to serve the food and clean tables. O'Charley's will do all of the cooking. If you can help with this, let us know by emailing us at info@palmettoskateclub.com.

In keeping with the “Life is a Highway” theme, our club is filling its fundraising tanks by collecting QUARTERS – to raise a HIGHWAY MILE!
ABOUT THE PROJECT: In today’s economy, it can be difficult asking people to buy from your fundraising groups. But it’s not too hard to ask people for pocket change!
In keeping with the “Life is a Highway” theme, our club will be collecting a mile of quarters. If we reach this goal, we could potentially raise a lot of money to go toward camps, seminars and other activities to enrich our skaters... that’s over $17,000!
The fundraiser kick-off is April 1st during Palmetto Ice and will run until we reach that mile! We’ll give progress reports periodically, the first being at the Spring Skating Show on May 17th.
COLLECTIONS: Everyone is encouraged to have collection jars at their places of business, churches, and even at home! The club has a flyer for you to attach to a jar, explaining our fundraising efforts. You may turn in your money during any Palmetto Ice session and learn-to-skate session by feeding Axel, the penguin bank. Axel will also be out during our other special events.
The Palmetto Skate Club skaters will be randomly divided into two teams. The team raising the most money will receive a special celebration at the end of the mile. Skaters should designate their money to their team when turning it in.

In addition to our club benefiting from the proceeds, the Plex learn-to-skate program and the Irmo Ice Hockey Federation each receive one-third of the proceeds, too.
Thanks for your support!
